Mr Wei-Han Tay

Foot & Ankle Surgeon

Mr Wei-Han Tay is an Australian-trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in treating foot and ankle conditions, and Orthopaedic trauma. 

He completed his advanced surgical training in Orthopaedic surgery in New South Wales, and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2016. 

Wei-Han spent 12 months undertaking AOA-accredited fellowships to gain further expertise and experience in his chosen subspecialties.  This included a foot and ankle fellowship at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney and a shoulder fellowship at Western Health in Melbourne. 

Wei-Han adopts an individualised and evidence-based approach to patient care, using modern and proven surgical implants and techniques.

 

Mr Nick Furness

Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist & Hand Surgeon

Mr Nick Furness is a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in all aspects of upper limb and fracture surgery.

Mr Furness undertook medical training at Imperial College London, where he was also awarded a degree in Healthcare Management. He completed his orthopaedic training in the UK, qualifying as a Consultant in 2017. Mr Furness completed his sub-specialty fellowship training at world-renowned hospitals in Exeter (UK), Auckland (NZ) and most recently at the Alfred Hospital, where he gained extensive experience looking after some of Australia's most severely injured patients.

Mr Furness has an active interest in research and surgical education, frequently attending and presenting his work at meetings and publishing scientific papers in highly regarded journals.

Mr Furness is a Fellow of both the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is an active member of the British Elbow & Shoulder Society and the Victorian Shoulder & Elbow Society.
